My anxiety has been extremely bad lately due to some stress in my life at the moment

My anxiety has been really bad today due to world events and my own personal issues. I’m pretty down in the dumps.

Terrified today. I think some had to do with my younger daughter dying in November and the rest coronavirus

I haven’t had Xanax since Sunday afternoon and I’m still doing ok. I’m getting to the point of needing one though.

I was anxious since I had to make a phone call today. I did well making the call but I am still anxious even hours afterward.

My anxiety was medium all day. Now it’s getting kind of high.

My anxiety is beyond belief. But it’s a weird kind of anxiety. Like I can go to work just fine but I am constantly asking for reassurance from my therapist and my mom that things will be ok and my overall anxiety is just really really bad. My therapist suggested I do a partial program because it is that bad. It’s just with this whole virus and the possibly recession and the cuts to Medicare and social security. Plus the transition. I’m just stressing real bad.

I went to church for a bit in the morning. I'm worried about my pms because it makes me anxious and I was having a headache. I'm having my therapist appt later this week.

I ordered a weighted vest this morning. After my shift today I asked if they needed me to come in tomorrow on my day off. I also work Thursday as well. Then I’m going to my sisters for the weekend. I’m doing things to help my anxiety. I need to work more. That’s what I need to be doing.

I went to the store earlier to buy a few things after almost three weeks. I got my monthly cycle this morning so I feel worried and a bit anxious.

My anxiety has been a lot better today. I’ve been avoiding Facebook. And I worked 2 days in a row and I’m working tomorrow too.

Yes almost always, well depends on the reason for the anxiety attack, but often, no I can’t run, I tough it out or stick it out. It’s reasonable to want to run since the natural instinct when facing stress is fight or flight. So public speaking causes much stress and it would be wonderful to choose “flight” and flee, but no I want to pass my speech class and graduate from college so I did the two minute speech.

My anxiety raises over these few days.

so, I've been applying for something. I can't tell what exactly it is, but it is my dream and goal right now. The age is restricted maximum 26. It'll be soon my 25th birthday. I still have a year, but I can't tell when I could get it. I've applied for almost 6 months now and I still have no luck. I am afraid, if I cannot reach it. So anxious.

Phone conversation with friend who has gone toxic gave me intense anxiety wave. After I hung up popped three herbal valerian capsules...then later two more. Did the trick.

My anxiety was a 9 when I woke up this morning. I had a hot breakfast and I just took a Xanax and now it’s maybe a 6. I swear I’m about to get my period but I’ve been swearing that for weeks. It’s been 5 weeks since I’ve gotten off my birth control and I’ve had 5 weeks of PMS and one false alarm a few days ago. I barely barely spotted but I thought for sure I had gotten it. It’s just weird to go 5 weeks though.
