Anxiety level of 8 of 10 due to protests of a death by cop. The city erupted mid afternoon with I was at work. So much for trust or faith in my supposed city resident. Willing to live under permanent lockdown if they must act like stupid children

I'm sort of calm. I finally got some energy so I am taking care of chores one by one. That helps me feel less anxious.

I went to bed early yesterday so I'm up early now. It's anxiety provoking cause I don't know what to do with myself. I've already slept 9 hours. I feel very alone.

Usually Seroquel helps quell anxiety but I still have to monitor thoughts that can make the anxiety show up. I've found that all the time on hand in the lockdown has brought some reminiscing which can be good or anxiety provoking.

I'm starting to have some high anxiety because of the physical symptoms I am having tonight. I feel flush.

7 pit of 10. There was an extended curfew last 3 evenings over violence
and destruction during a ptotest

I feel a little anxious. My vape shop opens in an hour. I decided to go back to vaping. I just hope they are open. I'll be very upset if they aren't.

I just took a Xanax and it seems to be going right through me. I know my anxiety is going to be higher though.

Been very anxious. I'm looking up ways to self-soothe. So far I'm coming up with some CBT, meditation, distraction and deep breathing.

I felt ok for the most part but I’ve been a bit anxious tonight. I’ve had a lot of high protein low carb food today and when I eat things like that it always seems to get my anxiety going.

A so so kinda day. Had issues with my phone and couldn't do a video chat with my pysh cause of the virus stuff so I had to talk on the phone. He put me on different meds. My dad driving me nuts ( he's getting older) it hasn't been a horrible day though.

I'm a little anxious this morning. I didn't sleep much last night. Maybe later I will fall back to sleep. I think I will try to meditate.

I'm not sure whether this is anxiety or any other fears.

Two months ago, my manager in my new workplace resigned. Today, a coworker from another division laid off due to corona.
My past workplace was turned into hell ever since the previous manager quit. Furthermore, my coworkers also got fired, although in this case it was because of abusive obnoxious boss.

It is irrational, I know, but I really afraid if my new workplace turned like my past workplace. With these two 'similarities', I feel like it is something like stupid-and-probably-false premonition.
