I haven’t gone out to the store in two weeks because I had an anxiety attack coming out of the supermarket almost three weeks ago. I have to pick up my Meds at the pharmacy and my dad is telling me to go since they are noticing I’m avoiding it. I have been 18 days on Zoloft 50 mg, my anxiety has lessened a bit but It needs more time. I have a therapist but I don’t have money for a session. What are some coping techniques I could use on the car ride?

Buy whatever you want. Something small and within reason of course. But go for something you really want and are really looking forward to. That’s how I get out of the house. It’s hard for me too. I usually get out of the house for new kinds of soda or candy that’s coming out before they sell out. In the car you can make a list of what you want. Look it up on the stores grocery app or website.

As @Mountaindewed told you should look up on their website and buy from there and if the product is not available then you will have to visit the store. As you are on meds and your anxiety is decreased you should go out and give it a try it help you know how much anxious you feel now. Stay calm don't think a lot and go out. Stay safe.
