I have had two anxiety attacks in the past two months. One more severe than the other. Just when I think I have my anxiety under control, it all spikes up at once. My sleep is normal, although still re-adjsting somewhat from December/holidays. Found time for quiet today and played music Will try to do the same tomorrow

I was watching an epsiode of Rupaul’s Drag Race, and he told one of the contestants that the contestant is addicted to his anxiety. I’ve never thought about it that way and my mind has been slightly blown ever since. Anyways I’ve been eating healthy all day and my anxiety is still ****. So if I can fit half a Digiorno's pizza into my 1200 calories then I’m going to do that instead of eating 1200 calories of rabbit food. Food doesn’t affect my mental health one way or the other. I don’t have issues with food or use it to cope and am not a stress eater. What I feel has nothing to do with food. But pizza sure tastes better then salad and apples.

Less anxiety than I have had for weeks this weekend. Maybe because December is long past now. I'm still dealing with frequent headaches and have an appointment with a dr this month to discuss them.

My anxiety is still bad. I have about 10 hours before I have to start work. I took two Xanax and two melatonin around the same time. I have no idea If that was a good idea. I don’t know if It’s a good idea to be too relaxed. I guess as long as my pulse doesn’t severely drop I’m good. I have to be up at 3:45.

I'm doing ok. I'm working on trying to use facts and logic to keep myself from obsessing or spiraling

I feel like a weights been lifted off me. The anxiety provoking situation went so good. It was actually kind of fun until the last half hour. I have to get the flu shot tomorrow. My state is high risk. My mom is a senior. I’ve procrastinated way too long on it. The last time I got queasy for a day from it. Plus I’m worried about getting the flu from it. I don’t think that can actually happen though? Or else it’s very unlikely. But I have to think of other people.

Had some better and more productive days in the past week. But today I'm questioning everything again and driving myself nuts

I did actually have a panic attack a few hours after getting the flu shot. I think I might have really gotten nauseated from the shot, but then it just developed into anxiety. I thought I was having an actual reaction to the shot but I wasn’t. I was ready to call 911 because I thought I was having trouble breathing, and I was home alone. but then I was able to distract myself with the TV until my mom came home 10 minutes later. I took my Xanax and I was fine after that. I knew yesterday I would have issues though.

It is at a 15/10. I am cracking up. Over the last four months it has steadily increased to the point I am afraid to go into work. The ongoing panic is robbing me of the rest of my life. I can't cope.

My anxiety wasn’t too bad today. I am anxious about eating though because of my teeth pain.

This is kind of random, but I have had two panic attacks in a month. I never get panic attacks. It’s just not how my anxiety works. But I had one about a month ago, and then one yesterday. But I start feeling a panicky feeling in my legs. Like this weakness feeling. I feel like I have an infection or something, then it turns into an actual panic attack. But it’s weird that the first symptom is weakness in my legs and when I feel that it always causes major panic.

I did almost have a panic attack at work this afternoon. I don’t know why though. It was the same weakness in my legs feeling. I don’t feel like my anxiety is that much higher then normal.

do you know what caused the panic attacks?

suppose they are diffrent for everyone

for me it's the breathing that's first to go, then the shaking
