And I been fretting again about something else but for some reason I can't start new threads today and I don't know why it won't let me

Is it "normal" to have trouble saying the words you need to say in therapy?

(mods please feel free to move this post into it's own thread, every time I try and start a new thread today I just get a white screen and cannot click anything)

Maybe it is a technical issue believe me I have had plenty of those and I know what you mean you have something on your mind and you cannot actually get the words out. That happens to me sometimes
