Have any of you found any apps that are available for free on Google Play store to use in the middle of a panic attack to bring back calm?

There are plenty of apps you can use to track moods, but that's not what I'm looking for. I don't even know if quiet meditation/spa music will help. I also don't really want an app for breathing exercise.
I just want to hear things that I'd expect to hear from my best friend if she were next to me, helping me through this attack

I know it sounds like a tall order, especially if I don't even really know myself what will work!

I was recently introduced to WYSA, and it’s like an AI therapist texting app. It’s very good, and has meditation options etc. I know it’s on the AppStore, I hope it’s on google x

I don't know about using it for panic attacks, but there is a app called Calm that has guided meditations, I find it good and relaxing

I was using positive magazine meditation anxiety. 7 cups of tea for anxiety.

Not what sugahorse was looking for, but on the subject of meditation apps - I tried Calm & it looked good , but seemed like much of the content required additional charges. Now using Insight Timer which has a lot of free content of varying lengths.

What you say about Calm is true, unfortunately...it's a so nice app...but what you can do for free finishes soon. Luckily you can repeat meditations at least
