Hey guys, quick question.
I just got a new job that I am super excited about, but that excitement is starting to feel like anxiousness or panic. I’m not nervous about starting my new job at all so why would I be feeling this way? Any suggestions. Thank you! |

Change is hard for most of us, even good change.

I'm so sorry, Crh7angel I agree with what sarahsweets has already wisely said. Change is always difficult. Anxiety is going to appear when change appears. Hopefully it will disappear when you start your new job. I'm so sorry, I know it's hard. Please don't give up. I hope you'll feel better soon. Remember that we're here for you if you need it. Feel free to PM me anytime. Let me know if I can do something to help you. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this

This hasn't really ever happened to me before. I'm hoping if I keep myself busy it will go away. I'm going on about day 4 now.

Hey
It may just be excitement that's making you feel the same way as anxiety does? What I mean is it might be a similar feeling to anxiety but its supposed to be a good feeling but because it feels similar to anxiety, you're looking at it like that That's just a thought. I know when something awesome happens to me, I feel like panic too but other people who have never felt bad anxiety wouldn't relate it as anything but a good feeling? I hope that made sense Hugs |
