I don't know what I'm really looking for here. I guess it is more of a venting (I'm not currently in therapy, won't be for another month).

My disorders include social anxiety, agoraphobia, and schizophrenia frequently triggered by other people.

So I have to go into the DMV for license issues. Almost had a panic attack just reading the notice. Currently looking for any option at all to do it online or something, but it looks like one of those few situations where there isn't much choice, unless I find some disability assistance for it? I haven't been to the DMV in well over a decade.

I've been feeling depressed lately about not being able to go to events I'm seeing advertised, but this is an exclamation point on disability.
