I dont know if anyone here is also afraid of ugh snakes but I am.Every once in awhile I will have bad snake dreams which makes me wake. up I have fallen into a hole with a bunch of these awful reptiles.I hate those thing and I actually get bad anxieties from them.I even had dreams of me dying.Does anyone else get these kind of dreams?Just curious. The other night I woke up with a major panic attack I dont know why. SOmetimes this will happen to me.No dreams just woke up feeling very anxious and panicky.Oh yes sometimes when I wake up I can feel how bad my anxieties are.

Poisonous snakes are one of my worst fears. I did have a lot of nightmares about them when I was a child but, thankfully, have never had any as an adult. As a child, when I first woke up from a snake nightmare, I could sometimes see them in 3D in the air around me....

@xmascarol sorry about the nightmares. They sound awful.

I'm not afraid of snakes, but I am creeped out by fish. I don't like swimming with them, so I prefer pools to lakes and the ocean. I have nightmares about them sometimes.

I am not afraid of snakes and in fact own two. They are calming animals for me. Maybe some exposure therapy could help with your fears?

I'm so sorry you're hurting so much, xmascarol Snakes are definitely scary! I'm so sorry you're having so many nightmares about them. It must be terrible. I'd suggest to talk to your shrink about this and see how it goes from there. Hopefully he will be able to help you. Perhaps you'll be able to understand where these dreams are coming from! If there's a deeper reason, of course. For how long have you been having these dreams if I can ask? I hope things will get better soon for you. Remember that we're here for you if you need it. Feel free to PM me anytime. Let me know if I can do something to help you. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. I'm so sorry you have to deal with all of this, xmascarol. You're a strong, wonderful person. You don't deserve to suffer at all
