Default Anxieties when you first wake up

I know that sometimes when I wake up I have very bad anxieties I dont know why or how it happens but it does. There is such things as anxiety dreams.I dont remember dreaming about anything yet I will wake up shaky and needing a pill. It is awful feeling like you cannot relax.Wish there was a way to fix this but I just dont think there is

This will sometimes happen to me but especially when I wake up suddenly at night. I donít even have bad dreams either when it happens. I just wake up incredibly anxious. Then Iíll drink water and I can feel the anxiety in my throat. It passes in a few minutes Itís werid.

I either read it somewhere, or a doctor told me, but itís possible to have anxiety attackís in your sleep.

I wake up most every day feeling like a battle rages on. Iím in a war, but my enemies say itís just my attitude. Thereís no war. They all LOVE me. Sure, yeah, right.......

I either need to get away from the tormentors or accept their horrid treatment.

I wake up like this often as well. It's frustrating because I don't know when it will happen or whether or not it will be severe enough that it interferes with my being able to function and do what I need to do for the day. I have panic attacks and they are the most debilitating. I often wake up from a nightmare with one.

It sucks, believe me I know. I even surrendered to finally taking meds. It has helped some, but it's not realistic to expect meds to solve it all.

I'm in therapy and as tough as it can be sometimes, I do feel it's helping as well.

I wish you luck & hope you find some relief.

It is just awful when you wake up and you are so anxious it turns into a panic attack.Sometimes I do shake .I do try to lay down but it only makes matters worse.I wish you well and I do mean that

Itís the stuff nightmares are made of.

When we sleep, we work through our problems. Iíve woken before having figured something out, eureka! When something is so upsetting, it gives you nightmares and panic, it really needs to be dealt with.
