How do you guys cope with anxiety on the job, in relation to co-workers making you anxious and stressful times with a lot of assignments building up?
Also with regard to criticism, I get anxious when showing some work that it will be criticized and have to be alterer because I didn’t do it well enough. This is because it has happened before, so I expect it to happen again.

Would love to hear some of your examples.

I am retired now but criticism at work always made me uncomfortable, is never pleasant. I finally caught on that if I took the approach to see what I could learn from the criticism to be a better employee and improve my performance instead of seeing it as a put down, I got through it better. And usually I did learn something from it that helped my performance. It really isn't personal ... just someone's perspective of another's work.
