I get angry over the stupid things.I know it is part of my mood swing.Depression See when I lose something like my tv I get so anxious then I become aggravated .When I yell I feel like I am yelling at my mom.GOd rest her soul.Wish I could figure out why my brain is so messed up>I do know part of it is because of the bad fall I had.Still I am on meds for it.HOwever I dont think any meds can help me with my anger.I even scare myself sometimes.I dont want people to think I am mean which by the way I am not,but I feel like a very bad person my friends tell me I cannot help it.Is this some kind of punishment from God ?That is what I feel like sometimes.

First, I know just from my interactions with you on here that you are not a mean person. In fact, you are the nicest person I've met on here! It sounds like you have a lot of pain in your heart that you are living with. I think it is easy to turn to anger when we live with a lot of pain in our hearts. If you aren't hurting anyone or yourself, I think it's ok to let the anger out. Letting it out at dumb stuff like the TV is a safe outlet in my opinion. The thing is to just let yourself feel what you feel, accept it, and move on. Don't beat yourself up or hang on to it. Hugs!

I'm not diagnosed with depression but I get what you mean. I have similar experiences as well. To get angry over minor things doesn't make you a bad person. Having bad emotions doesn't make you bad or terrible.

See the problem I have is I live in senior housing and I got into trouble a couple of times because of my yelling and I have told my land lady numerous times I cannot help it I do try .but it just comes out,We have a lot of busy bodies around here they go and report everything. This is why I hate it here you can't even go outside without someone noticing you,I am very respectful to the people I come in contact with just someone around needs to tell my land lady everything ,it is so bad one time I was up late and I was coughing and said oh God I cannot believe that someone went and called the land lady just because I was coughing,LIke I told her I was gagging on some food she could care less.Mental illness around here just dont matter but physical ones do,well I do have a physical illness to.Mental illness is also a physical illness because it effects the brain .I cant walk without a walker. I would never ever hurt anyone. It feels like when I do yell I am yelling at someone,LIke a little girl who is hurting inside, sorry message is so long
