I have known for years I had anxiety attacks, but until last October, I didn't know the constant anxiety I live with. For a few short months after I was hospitalized and given meds, I was anxiety free. It was the first time in my life I had a comparison to my normal level of anxiety. Sadly, it didn't last, and I am back to my usual daily levels of anxiety. The bad part is that now I know there is something different and better, but I can't have it. That sux!!

Have you tried CBD oil? I just started using it and (fingers crossed) it seems to be helping.

I am on buspirone. It helps some with the panic, but not with the daily anxiety. I am on Abilify too. I can't take SSRI's. They make the anxiety worse. I have tried CBD. I could not tell much of a difference. I know everyone's chemistry is different. I hate being on any meds I have to take daily, but I thought these meds that worked at first were great. Now, I am just taking it to keep the really bad panic and psychosis from coming back. Don't get me wrong. I am better than I was. Just wish I could feel the way I did when I first started taking the meds.
