I will keep this short.
I have tried different ways to get rid of my anxiety, such as journaling, writing down an action plan, deep breathing, and thought stopping (nonsense ********). But none of these have seemed to work because the anxiety keeps coming back. But the main problem is I have this nagging feeling in the back of my head. I have this feeling that won’t leave me away. I have this vague (if not strong) feeling of anxiety that interferes with my life. Please help. Solutions? |

Talk to us, sometimes vent really help. I know what are you talking about when you said " But none of these have seemed to work because the anxiety keeps coming back." I believe my anxiety will always come back. It is up to me how to react to it, and I know it is not easy at all. I am here for you, you are not alone. __________________ A smile is an inexpensive way to change your looks. – Charles Gord |

You should try jogging. 90 minutes every other day. Of course you have to start slowly. Helped me a lot. If the anxiety can not be managed, then you can go to the psychiatrist. I had Amineurin prescribed 18 years ago. This is a sedative antidepressant. Helped me a lot. Especially with panic attacks. __________________ olau666 |
