My best friend is feeling really down right now.I want to help her but I am not to sure how.Yesterday I gave her a big hug and she told me that I was a good friend, but I dont feel like I am.I feel sad when she is hurting. She really isnt one for talking about how she feels but I could see it in here eyes.I would lend her my shoulder if I could. However I have a feeling she would reject it.Now that would make me feel bad.Any ideas.Funny when someone else is hurting my anxieties are just about gone.I guess that is because I am to occupied on that person.
