I dont know what is wrong but my left side of my stomach is so jumpy very nervous and everytime it comes on strong I have diarrehea spelling dont mean to sound disgusting .but I have a very nervous stomach, this is the second time I had this problem this week right after I ate vegetables I know when I was sick in the hospital years ago ate fruit and veggies this would happen to me,guess I need to stay off the veggies unless it is a bug.I just cannot get rid of my nervous stomach. It is only on one side. I can feel the nerves jumping in there. For a whole week I do have to see my shrink in less then three weeks and I dont know who is taking me maybe that is why I have a nervous stomach, well if it happens on that day I wont be going anywhere I am all anxious and depressed yes on top of my stomach I just broke down and started crying,Please may I asks for some prayers.Cause I just cannot deal with this nervous problem

I can relate. I've had IBS for years, the diarrhea type. It had gotten better, but since I've developed the anxiety it's been bad again. Sometimes I think it's certain foods but often it's just due to the anxiety. My doctor just recommended I take Metamucil. I also know I eat too fast often. That's a trigger for an upset stomach. Also too much food in general, and for me, spicy food. I used to take Pepto Bismol and it helped but I can't take anything with aspirin in it anymore. I recently took Immodium for a long car trip. Worrying about being near a bathroom makes my anxiety worse! I'm sorry you have this kind of problem too.

My doctor recommended Miralax, and to see a nutritionist. Next step, colonoscopy for me. no thank you ):
I would start by checking-in with your regular doctor first. My anxiety does effect my nerves and bowels, too. And the time of day, who else is around, time of year, what I've been eating, what I ate that morning, all makes for a storm of upset. Mind over matter though. I remind myself to take deep breaths and remove myself from uncomfortable situations, like big crowds and people or places that make me uncomfortable. I hope you feel better soon.

First of all I love your picture, for some reason veggies seem to bother me I had lima beans the other night the next day I had diarrhea last night I had pea in a pod this morning my stomach was heavy and I had diarrhea again for about 6 hours,It is scary because I feel like it is never going to stop. I do have gerd so maybe that is why I do this sometimes u can hear my stomach growl.I do the same thing whenever I have to go to the doctors I have to know exactly where the bathroom is unfortunately they only have one,I do have to see my shrink in three weeks plus I am worried whether my money will be in my bank this wed maybe all of this is making my nerves go crazy,I am sorry to that you have to suffer so much my friend has IBS she is constipated .right now I wish I was constipated,
