I did go outside for over two hours. It was so nice and warm out there,i brought my crocheting and I finished my scarf. For anyone who has agoraphobia really bad here is a suggestion, try going outside a little bit at a time,it doesnt cure the agoraphobia makes me feel a little bit better.I feel like I have been trapped inside and that makes matters worse.Oh I still cannot leave the house unless it is to go to my doctors even then I hate it.Just take baby steps if you can try sitting outside for a half hour or more if possible, believe me when I tell u this ,I helps to with my depression and anger.Getting outside is a big step for me because only a couple of years ago you wouldnt catch me outside at all.

Good for you for going outside!
I leave the house but stay mostly indoors. As a result I'm Vitamin D deficient. I need to spend more time outside and exercise more. |

that's so good!.
sometimes when I'm outside, I like to try and focus on good things- the singing birds, the breeze, the rustling of the leaves, good things to help with the anxiety. |

I love the smell of the fresh air, there is this little five year old boy Jaden when he goes to the bus stop he always says hi to me and even tells me he misses me and loves me,It is hard to hear him because his bus stop is in the parking lot and I cannot walk that far but I love that little boy I once made him a hat and 2 pairs of slippers he said dont forget his little cousin I did made her some slippers to.He is autistic but you would never know it ,I love him so much

Must be hard to live somewhere with winter. I live in the South, but we can't go outside in the summer because it's too hot.
