the busy bodies are at again they just dont understand my mental illness's

So my land lady comes in she had about four complaints about me because of my yelling,she knows perfectly well that I have problems I have told her time and time again what they are.They cannot hear me outside my windows and doors are shut I am sick and tired of these old busy bodies squealing on me.They complained when my best friend took out my trash for me,They need to worry about themselves not me.I certainly wouldnt report these people for feeding the cats which is against the rules.I cannot help it if I yell this is part of my anxieties and mood swings I also have bipolar .My land lady did tell them it was probably from my computer.I dont stick my nose anywhere wouldnt report any of them.These people would use any excuse to complain about some thing. I am sure they have plenty of things they do wrong.Beside I have tried everything and I cannot stop it last what for about 5 -10 second I bet it was my nextdoor neighbor I dont trust anyone around her.Just the one woman near me.She minds her own business.I think my land lady is tried of hearing not only complaints about me but others to.I mean come on who reports or complain about anyone taking your trash out?These people need to get a life,sure it bothers me when the complain about me.They should know by now and everyone I do talk to ialways treat with respect they should go and respect me.I stay to myself around here I dont know for certain if 4 people complain my land lady said 2-4 .Someday these people will get sick and lets see how they would handle it.

thank you she is a real prize I woudl never report my neighbors and believe me there are things I can complain about to like we are not suppose to feed the cats and a lot of people do around here.it is no wonder we cannot get rid of them
