This person just makes me nervous and has done stuff to other people. I’m tagged in a video with him on Facebook. I used to work with him. He’s not in the video though. I feel like I’m just overreacting about this dumb video. It was posted over a week ago. It’s not a bad video. I’m just awkward in it. I don’t want to seem like the weird one for blocking people for no good reason and having it then come bite me in the *** later. Yet I am super freaked out about this. I don’t know what to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Don't be afraid to block anyone whom you have bad vibes about, online or in real life. You will be amazed at how much less stress you'll have. ☺

I assume you are talking about facebook. I was able to ‘unfollow’ people on there so I don’t see their posts. You can also ‘untag’ yourself and also set up your account so no one can tag you unless you approve it.

If someone is making you feel uncomfortable them block that person. You shouldn't feel bad for blocking someone who does things to other people. If he ask why he block? Tell him you don't know what he talking about.

I unfollowed my friend the minute she added me 1.5 years ago. Logging out and occasionally deactivating my Facebook has really helped with the anxiety. I’ve just been staying away from it.

I like the part about not knowing what he’s talking about if he asks.

I said I’d activate my Facebook when something specific happens. And it did. So I’m trying to decide if I want to or not. It’s been over a week now. I may wait until I can get some answers from my therapist about this anxiety I’m dealing with. I’m torn between activating it again and not.
