i dont know what to do everything hurts i want to disappear my heart is beating way faster than it normally does everything is spinning my head is about to explode i dont know what happened i just suddenly started crying and i cant stop i want to hug someone i want to embrace someone i love i have nobody i can embrace im about to lose my sanity i dont know what to do

I am sorry I didnt see this sooner. Panic attacks are scary. I use valerian root. Its smells like crap but they come in capsules and I just down them with water. It helps a little.
