I find heat & humidity to be wearing. So far this year we haven't had a lot of either one. But I'm sure that will change. I'm actually a rainy-day person myself. (I enjoy a good thunderstorm.) When it gets to be July & August, & we have one day after another of hot humid weather, I wilt. Hot humid weather doesn't make me angry & anxious itself. But I tend to become angry & anxious when I'm tired. And so, since I tend to be tired out when it's hot & humid, I can get anxious & angry too. Thank goodness for central air. I lived without it for years. But I don't think I could get along without it at this point in my life.

On amazon you can find these "cooling bandanas". They are not too expensive. I really rely on them in the summer. They do work. They make you feel at least ten degrees cooler. I wear them inside when im doing housework sometime.

I know how that feels. I cannot do much during the summer because of my anxiety and it's a bit high lately. I didn't have this problem before anxiety and now it bothers me.
