Does anyone get this feeling .tingly feeling in my legs and sometimes arms as well.I do know that whenever I am feeling really anxious my legs became extremely tingly I have to exercise my legs whenever that happens sometimes it helps and other times no.Now it seems like it is going to my stomach to at times giving me stomach problems,i always had a nervous stomach .It is awful u feel as though you want to jump out of your own skin,

Yeah I know how you feel! I start to lose feeling when I get really anxious too. Grounding techniques have helped me a little.

I did some sitting exercises that I learned in rehap along time ago sometimes they help others no
