Coffee seems to cause anxiety for me. I know I’ve been feeling sick in general after eating red meat. The funny thing is I had a possible tick bite in the spring and there’s a tick going around that is causing an allergy to red meat. Who knows though.

I start coughing after eating nuts which cause anxiety because I don’t want the coughing to draw attention to me. I mentioned it to my mom and she said I may also have a slight nut allergy.

Yes. Absolutely. I tried a high carb diet during the winter and was shocked to find myself having insane anxiety. I realized that when I was in my early 30s I was really suffering with anxiety but it all resolved for years when I started eating more low carb. I found some you tube videos talking about how carbs can cause problems.

I'm not sure. I know certain foods definitely bring my mood down and make me depressed. But anxious, I'm not sure. Maybe caffeine. I've heard it can cause anxiety.

Just because, here's the foods that cause my mood to plummet: simple carbs, sugar, junk food. Some meat and it depends with that. Sometimes dairy.

I hadn’t thought about foods causing anxiety. That’s interesting. Other than caffeine, I’m not aware of anything else affects me.
