My friend just told me today she is anxious every time she has to go to work she is thinking of quitting I am so upset about this because if she quits I get no more visits with her.She is the only one I have to talk too.How can I help her I did take her hand and held onto it.I also gave her a big hug and told her that I will always be here for her.I want to help her so bad I cannot lose her.I just pray that she wont quit her job she says she loves her job,but not at the expense of feeling so nervous she canno trelax.I am going to light a candle for you.You can do that on the computer. Now I am so depressed if she leaves I will just die.

I don't know as there is going to be anything new in any of this. However here are links to some articles, from PC's archives, 3 that talk about helping a friend who has anxiety, 3 that offer suggestions for coping with anxiety in general, & 1 that suggests ways to calm anxiety at work:

This was nice and she probably appreciated it. There is only so much you can do as it is her decision and many factors go into what she decides.
