Hi,
I'm looking for alternative medications as the psychiatrists refuse to give me anything but SSRIs. They say I'm allowed to try an anti-psychotic, (which i would like to) --- But only if I'm on an SSRI at the same time.
I can't tolerate SSRIs, at all. They also do literally nothing to help me as well as giving me awful side-effects.. however the psychiatrists seem to view this as - me being 'unwilling' to commit to medication. - Not that their medications are useless and do no good for me.

So, I've been abandoned by big pharma. And am looking for herbal alternatives.
I have heard, Ashwaganda is specifically good for OCD, which is very interesting to me.

So far I have used CBD, and found it great at toning down my general Anxiety levels. I'm going to give Ashwaganda a try next week.
Curious to hear if anyone else has given it a try.

I've never tried it, but please let us know if it works.
