I have attend classes to my college community campus before, but haven’t taken one since last fall.
I think next week when I go to the campus bookstore to get the textbooks. I’m going to see this class where it is located on the second floor. My mom told me to go see the classroom to see if I would be comfortable, but it’s on the second floor. I’m currently enroll in online classes, but they don’t start until September 9. This one class is ONE hour long and ONCE a week. I’m just scared of getting a panic attack. I’m on Prozac 20mg and Klonopin 1mg when needed it.
I’m going to run out of my meds in two- three weeks and I have to go to the doctor. Which thats another thing that have been making me anxious. Should I go to my new primary doctor or go to the clinic where I go to get my meds...

I'm starting my class next week also... I haven't been in school for a couple years. I finished an associate's degree in 2017. I am so anxious but also excited... My class also has a lab so I'll be there from 3 to almost 6, twice a week.luckily, I have IOP before classes, so that may help calm me down a bit.

Maybe we can be online school buddies and help support each other through the semester?

I understand your anxiety concerns. I want to let you know that college professors get anxiety too. I'm on five meds and weekly therapy, so I know what it is like, even though I'm the one standing at the front of the classroom. I am learning to take one day at a time. Working with my therapist, I'm (almost) at a point in which if my anxiety or depression is too bad, then I will stay home. Strategies I use are to get to school early. I get to the classroom before anyone else. I also find a quiet space to hide afterwards. Hope this is helpful to read. Wishing you the best.
