Hello Ahnaf Khan: I noticed this is your first post here on PC. Welcome to Psych Central.

Realistically I don't know what's causing you to have the experiences you're having. This is something you'd need to discuss with a mental health professional. However here are links to 3 articles, from Psych Central's archives, on the subject of fear plus 4 that offer suggestions for coping with anxiety:

What Is Fear? | Fearless: Breaking Anxiety Down

6 Questions to Ask Yourself When Fear Starts Peeking Around the Corner

Recognizing the Source of Irrational Thoughts, Fears, Beliefs and Behaviors | NLP Discoveries

9 Ways to Reduce Anxiety Right Here, Right Now

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
