I just drank a cup of Ihop coffee and my heart feels lile it is racing.

I looked it up and found this article: If Coffee Doesn't Cause Heart Palpitations, Why Does It Feel Like My Heart Will Explode? | HuffPost Life

Anyone else feel this?

Caffeine can cause heart palpitations but heart palpitations by itself is a harmless but uncomfortable side effect. You probably are a tea person. Drink Yerba mate black tea green tea for your caffeine fix. There’s a lot less caffeine in tea.

Increased anxiety sometimes but not heart palpitations. I’ve been meaning to drink tea instead ( I don’t drink much coffee though and it doesn’t have an extreme effect on me. I usually no longer drink coffee after ‘’lunch’’ time
