Does anyone experience stomach pain due to anxiety? I’ve been having slight discomfort lately and since I have health anxiety I always assume the worst. I’ve noticed when I’m preoccupied I don’t notice it as much and when I’m asleep I don’t feel a thing. Just wondering if anyone else experiences what I have.

I find peppermint tea helps with this

not just stomach pain due to anxiety, but bad stomach in general. it's always helped me

yep: I get this, sometimes other painful parts of the body too. like shoulders or legs

and my other issues (such as fibro) seem to be worse also

mental health and physical health.. I get the impression they are strongly connected. at least over here

Yes, apart from nausea and dizziness, I suffered pain for a time. I was convinced as you that I have something very wrong but after different checks the specialist wasn’t shocked to tell me it was nerves.
I was taking for several months a pretty helpful med. A compound of Clebopride and Simethicone.

Stomach pain and anxiety are BFF's
A lot (most?) people who have chronic anxiety have Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which is miserably painful. But there are good treatments for IBS nowadays.

Some teas that can help are peppermint (for any stomach discomfort or nausea), ginger (for nausea), chamomile (for relaxation), and an absolutely lovely tea made by Yogi Tea called Lavender Honey Calming Tea.
