Whenever I ever have an anxiety attack I start having physical health problem. I throw up, fast heart beat, shaky, uncontrollable cry. Anyone ever experienced this? What are coping skills I could use?

sometimes i find warm showers in candlelight helpful,
and practicing relaxation between times (guided imagery, meditation, stretching to nice music, ...and when possible, getting out in the woods near a nice stream...
summers, jumping into a lake really does good things for me even when i think it won't

I can understand, and I'm sorry that you're feeling this way. The symptoms you are describing sound just like mine. I can't focus, I can't eat, I shake uncontrollably, sometimes vomit, and feel as though I am having a heart attack most of the time. I have found that sometimes a hot shower and a calming herbal tea (anything with chamomile and lavender is relaxing) will sometimes help. I hope you feel better; feeling this way is awful.

ETA: Sometimes just the aroma that comes from the hot tea helps me. When I am nauseas I will sometimes prepare it and just hold it, feel the warmth of the cup, watch the milk swirl (I take mine with milk and sugar) and breathe in and out. I try to focus on the warmth, the milk pattern, and the smell and shut everything else out. Sorry for not being clearer earlier I hope you feel better.

Sometimes I started hyperventilating. Sometimes nothing trigger my anxiety. I never thought about drinking something warm or taking a warm shower.
