I sometimes feel a great deal of anxiety thinking about how my life can turn on a dime, I mean I know I am not alone in the sense that everyone’s life can turns so quickly but I worry about how your whole life can change very quickly often on decision you make in a split second with incomplete information.

While I often have anxiety about this, I try my best to fight those intrusive thoughts away and focus on more productive things. Overall, my life is pretty stable, and despite me messing up a lot very recently with the people I love most, they're still here, by my side, because they love me too. When I start thinking about the what ifs in life, I start to spiral, so instead, I make myself think about other stuff that I know about, and it helps most of the time.
