I spent most of last night having an anxiety attack didn’t sleep well got a surprise at work when I nearly forgot to get a mailing ready that we send out so was pretty irritable and grumpy at work, a shear delight to be around I’m sure. Now tonight I can only say that I feel quite strange.

I love that you titled it like that...anxiety hangover. Ha!! It’s so true. I was up all night last night with bad anxiety and I know today is gonna be crummy because of it!! If only I could switch off my brain at night.

Somewhere in there is also a deep fear that this may be the anxiety episode I never come out of. I may never be back in a headspace that is somewhere I can "live" if that makes sense.
