I’ve been anxious all day dealing with my two jobs that I hate. They’re so tiring and mundane and I don’t make a living wage. I also had to face a phobia tonight (on accident and unplanned) so I can’t get over that. At first, my hands and face were numb, now I just am trying to not dissociate. It’s hard though because I can’t really face staying inside my brain either. I never usually have anxiety like this. It sucks to deal with especially when I have to get up at 5 to go to my jobs again tomorrow. I’m just really having a hard time tonight.

I dont know what your situation is, but working at not one, but two jobs you hate is not good for you. I know sometimes people dont have a choice with what jobs they have, but if they are making you feel this anxious and upset then I would suggest finding at least one different job. Your mental health is just as important if not more important than a job.
