I worry everyday that I have a disease and don’t know it. I worry about cancer cells and it terrifies me. I feel like if I eat a lot of food or stuff that ain’t good for you it’ll cause it and I have magical thinking that if I do specific things it’ll cause cancer. If I’m one good mood or relaxed my mind tells me that I’m gonna get a disease. I’m a nervous wreck all the time I just want to live a long healthy life. Anyone have these thoughts what do I do to stop these thoughts

A good offense. I researched what was actually working to head off cancer and became an expert on tests and symptoms. I also got educated and found out that many causes of cancer is not food but rather alcohol and sexually transmitted diseases. I found out that Vitamin D3 has been proven to cut risk of cancer and so I take that... I am also fasting and there is a lot of evidence that insulin is a massive contributor to cancer. |

I kind of feel this way. But just because I currently have the pain and loss of appetite and fatigue that goes along with it.
