Stay busy and focus on something enough that it helps lessen or even forget about the anxiety, at least for awhile.

My daughter wrote me a small essay on guided meditation which I found very helpful.
Also I run which helps reduce any anxiety because exercise is beneficial. Make time to have your own space in which to meditate and exercise. This helps relationships. __________________ |
