Long story short, my mom died 5 years ago , was very sick , always was woke up in the night cause she was In a nursing home saying she was going to the hospital, my sister was horrible to me, mental and physical, basically was sexually abused by someone I barely knew and haven't dealt with it I guess or come to terms it all happens. My boyfriend just had major surgery, was very sick now in fear of him dying too. I try to fall asleep but panic in my sleep, I haven't had a good night's sleep since the end of 2017. My lack of sleep is effecting my relationship with my boyfriend, dad everything. I feel like I'm loseing my sanity. Just needing some kind words .thanks

So sorry you are struggling. You've been though so much. Please try to take care of yourself. Maybe you can find help with the sleep issues. I hope things will get better soon.

I'm sorry you are experiencing so much grief & loss in your life. I know you're looking for kind words from this post not advice. So I don't want to load you up with links to articles from PC's archives (which is something I've been known to do.) But may I share with you my favorite article, from the archives, on the subject of grief & loss? Here's a link:

What My Dog Taught Me about Grief and Loss

My best wishes to you...

I am so, so sorry. Please see a psychiatrist, therapist, any doctor you can talk to to get help for your panicky sleep. That kind of sleep is absolutely unhealthy. Please get help. I wish you well.
