I feel euphoric and this is why.
Unluckily, due to my social anxiety and the depression it provoked me, I had to retire from my activity as a teacher. What I was born for with a lot of probability.

My niece and nephew are this week at home. They live in another city but they get a week-off so they are here.
My sister asked me for helping them with school homework, especially my nephew who has been diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome.
So, I’m helping them with Maths, English, French and all I can do.
For two days, I recalled my good times when I was a teacher and I felt this euphoria today.
I can feel it in my mood.
It’s curious how feeling helpful helps you. Of course, I feel a little sad because if it hadn’t been because of my anxiety and nerves, I would be enjoying teaching.
I wanted to share this and also because maybe you think of a good idea for me to going on this way without the stress of a whole school.
I thought about teaching Spanish to kids who emigrate here but I’m scared that my social anxiety triggers me again.

I'm sorry I don't think I have any useful suggestions to offer you. But I'm pleased to read helping your niece & nephew was a (mostly) positive experience for you. Thanks for sharing it.
