Just wanted to share an article on radical acceptance that I actually found on PsychCentral. Lately, my anxiety has been a PAIN from stress from work and at home. An unfortunate reality of anxiety is that even when great things happen to you - you still can feel anxious e.g. “great, now I have something else that I could lose!”

I was reminiscing on when I had a DBT handbook and how immensely it helped me when I needed it to. I did go to CBT however something just was missing from my sessions and that’s what I stumbled upon the DBT workbook.

Anyway, here it is. Radical acceptance.

What It Really Means to Practice Radical Acceptance

I hope this at least helps someone and gives you something to think about!

Thank you so much for sharing. This helps me a lot.
I'm feeling a lot of shame about how I interact with others.
I am accepting I am Bipolar II and because of that, my interactions with others is difficult.
I think I will get the DBT workbook.
