I am so very, very sorry that happened to you!!! I wish I knew what to say but I don't have experience with your health care system. I hope you are able to get your allergy medication soon!

Is it the pharmacy you are calling? A pharmacist is generally willing to call the doc's office if you request, to check on a prescription. Sometimes it is the easiest way to resolve the issue. I am reading a lot of your posts and I have a good deal of sympathy for you but it does seem that you make it difficult at times for people to meet your needs, they are all human beings and should be treated with some respect. I have lost my temper at times in frustrating situations (not with patients) but always hate it. because it means I have lost control and I am not handling things in a way that is going to get my needs met. It can be hard to hear someone's true needs when they are volatile and angry. Looking at your public profile, I think there is a lot going on that you do not share and that does not have to do with the way others treat you but with the way you feel about yourself.
You don't say what your allergies are, but many respond well to antihistamines that can be bought over the counter and, of course, avoiding contact with allergens. I know you have been through a lot. But, you might want to consider that others have also been through things you will never know about. What are you on for meds? __________________ "...don't say Home / the bones of that word mend slowly...' marie harris |

Then again, if you are just in need of ranting vs looking for problem solving, just label it a rant.

sadly I have had my fair share of horror stories with doctors so can relate only too well in my case, the issue is usually diagnosing something, only for it to end up being something else (and what it is is a whole lot worse) |
