I was prescribed Vistaril 50mg for anxiety because my psychiatrist wants me to take less benzo, but I still haven’t tried it because I’m worried I have never took it before and afraid of it. I was thinking of trying 25mg, but they are in capsules.Has anyone taken Vistaril?

Oh, sure, many times over the years. It is quite safe, so, not to worry. 25 mg is a perfectly sensible adult dose.
