Really not feeling well today. And it kind of started last night with... a tremor? In my arm. Then today there was a lot of stress on me at work (which is at home) and to top it off... I am having terrible back pain caused by, I think some working out I did this week which makes muscles weak. Plus I am eating less which always send my "stress hormones" though the roof.

I feel shaky and cold and wired.

But I have no fever, perfect O2 and not a single symptom of anything being wrong with me.

That usually leads me to a panic attack.

I'm sorry you are having a hard day. Panic attacks do make me feel cold, especially my fingers. I think it's because fight or flight response reduces blood to the extremities so you bleed less if you are attacked.

Do you have tingly or numb fingers? That could be panic attack, but be careful and maybe talk to a doctor if it doesn't go away soon just in case it's something else, because I think back pain is not common with panic attacks, though it could cause one if it makes you anxious (I had a panic attack once because of sudden onset of symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome).

Hope you feel better soon!

Good tid bit. I think in part it is also that I am dieting and that usually increases my cortisol levels. I also wondered if I need magnesium supplementation. I am doing a lot of twitching and that is making me wonder.

Thanks
