I am so confused. I changing meds but I am starting to wonder how much more I can take I've had several anxiety attacks in the last 1 hour. Can I make it through the day without going into ER?

I'm all alone today. Which doesn't help. I took the day off. I've got so much anxiety that in the. Last hour I have had close to 7 mini attacks. I don't know what to do. I'm noticing red flags and I don't want to call t or mp. But I don't know how much more I can take

Do you have any hobbies or interests you can get lost in? I read a lot so that does not help with my anxieties much but I build plastic models and can get lost for hours. Also hot tea, calming music, and a jigsaw puzzle will shrink my universe to the size of the table.
