I was kinda feeling anxious about 40 minutes ago. Then I took my Xanax XR. It actually legit feels like an extended release today. I’m ok now. The XR is working better then it used to. I also just ate a hard boiled egg and this little pancake thing I got from the Japanese market. And I also drank a lot of water. So it could be a few things why my anxiety got better.

What would I do without the small things in life that keep my anxiety in check? More and more I feel my anxiety is less caused by my physical needs and more by my emotional, mental and spiritual needs.

I was kind of anxious but it was not that bad. I think it was because I was under my weighted blankets for a lot of the day. I handled going to the store just fine. I’ve been getting really good at controlling my anxiety in public.

I have this hungover type of anxiety from too many sedative like meds. The kind of hangover you need greasy food to help you deal with it. I am very drowsy and anxious. I just took my night meds. I don’t know if it’s safe to add all these meds onto the stuff I already took. I took 2 mil of Xanax after the Benadryl and just now took all my night meds even though it’s only the afternoon. The anxiety was that bad. But even if I feel off I don’t plan on going to the ER.

It takes a lot for me to be willing to go to the ER. Usually I have to be in massive physical pain.

I was anxious this morning because of something that happened. But I am fine now. I took care of my problem and then did a meditation. Two actually.

the last few days my anxiety is been through the roof and I find myself gasping for air when my panic attacks strike I have been trying to get ahold of the nurse that works with my psychiatrist but with little luck.

I am already on a ton of meds but I great feel as through I need as needed anxiety med for when these larger then life attacks occur. I am gonna also do some research into medical cannabis and see if it could be beneficial for me to invest my time into.

but I am starting off the day clam. Gonna see if I can do some meditations after taking meds and breakfast.

I was doing ok but now I’m very anxious. I just now took my Geodon. So I’m trying just to relax. I had some soy milk with my meds. So I’m hoping to be able to relax and go to sleep.

I’m managing with just my one Xanax XR so far. I tried cutting it in half, well my mom did, and even with a huge butcher knife she couldn’t do it. So I’m kinda like “I don’t know” about how to handle my anxiety. My Pdoc called in the wrong Xanax. He called in the 1mil XR for once a day when it should be 1mil medium release twice a day. I have some .5 I’ve been taking in addition but I’ve been taking a lot of those. And I mean a lot. Some people turn to food or alcohol. I turn to anxiety meds.

I’ve been managing these last 2 days with just the one Xanax XR. I cut down majorly. I’ve been reading a lot. Also I’ve only been listening to music when I exercise in the morning instead of at night. So I don’t get the sudden panicky feeling I get at night from listening to music.
