at the moment I'm okay (in this moment I mean)

but I've had a difficult time with flashbacks/ panic attacks/ trauma memories in the last 3 days

I'm starting to get anxious. My male cat is acting up. I've fed him already. So I don't understand. I'm tired. I don't have much to give at the moment.

My anxiety is bad today. I cut back on the caffeine. I took my Xanax XR and then a regular one. I took my night meds super early. As my therapist says ďsometimes weíre just anxious for no reason.Ē

I feel calm this morning. I just did my Christmas shopping for my family. I was able to ship everything but one item. I need a current address for my sister J. Then I'll send it. I'm in a good mood.

I'm feeling quite anxious today but feel it's subsiding as time goes on. The more I try to keep busy and not think about it the better I feel. Gotta let the thoughts pass by!

I had about 10 minutes this afternoon where I was really shaky and knocking stuff over. Then I realized I forgot my propanol last night. Once I took it I was ok. When I have physical symptoms of anxiety itís usually because I forgot it. Right now I feel tired but ok.
