I hate anxiety...it truly sucks. Today... Saturday....has been really rough. Had to take 2 halves of Xanax a couple hrs apart, and I still feel like crap. I do better Mon-Fri at work!😫

I'm so sorry. My mom sucks them up in her vacuum cleaner when they get in the house. Give that a try. I hope you can get rid of them. I'm sending good thoughts your way.

I am pretty calm this morning. I am watching Gaie TV, vaping and drinking cappuccinos. I intend to have a laid back day.

I just took my Xanax and visteral. So I don’t feel like I’m going to lose complete control due to a medical condition and end up sedated restrained to the hospital bed. But do I actually feel better physically? No. My throat head and stomach are killing me.

I have been talking to a new online friend via email and I am worried she will stop talking to me once she realises I don't have half as an exciting life as she doees. I hope she'll see past it, and actually see me for me, but, we'll see..

I actually forgot Xanax existed until 40 minutes ago. I still don’t need one though. I’ve been feeling weird as **** these last 2 days. This doesn’t seem like typical anxiety.

the only thing I was anxious over was the wasps, but they went yesterday. this is good

I had this brief wave of panic about never seeing my therapist again. It lasted about 2 seconds. I feel too strung out and wasted to have much anxiety though.

honestly, I am having lots of " dark", and suspicious thoughts about healthline buying this site

even though it's likely they will keep the forum (and others have said it), their is always that chance.. and honestly it's getting to me a little

I'm feeling overwhelmed this morning. My cat has a vet appointment and I have to continue cleaning for the bug lady.

I’ve noticed lately that I’m one of like 5-7 people who are ever on PC and it’s kinda got me thinking what’s the point. I’m starting to realize I’m using the forums more as a personal journal then anything else.

My anxiety is ok today despite all the caffeine this morning.

Some times I feel like coming here is more of a personal journal too. It's odd. But I still get a lot out of it.

I'm newish here. Dealing with GAD and depression. Today was bad. I'm less than a month from being the same age my dad was when he died. It's not anything hereditary and my doctor told me years ago that there is no correlation to me. Still, it's really been on my mind lately, but I've been worried for at least a decade about it. It's been really hot here, so I can't take my dogs on very long walks. That has always been my favorite thing, spending time with them outside, away from "life."

Hopefully I can check in here? Still getting a feel of the place.
