Anxiety Daily Check-In point #7

I don't know about you guys, but does work make your anxiety really flare up?

I wouldn't know: I don't work (and I mean that in a litiral sense, too). I've been told I can't, and what I mean by literal sense is my body, my emotions, my eating habbits, it's all screwed up.... I literally don't work

I had a panic attack today.

which lasted for some time. blah

I experienced a lot of anxiety this morning. I had to get my cat in the carrier to take her to the vet. The whole experience was difficult. Now I'm waiting on the vet to get a urine sample and test her again. I'm not as anxious, but I'm finding it hard to relax while I wait.

My anxiety wasn’t through the roof type anxiety but it was still there. I did take 3 Xanax mostly just to cope with negative feelings.

My Zoloft dose has been increased to 100mg about 3 days ago. I was a bit anxious and hormonal due to my monthly cycle.

I feel better today. I'm relaxing and planing on cancelling or rescheduling some upcoming appointments.

exhausted from another panic attack. it wouldn't be so bad if I could sleep and relax, but as if my fibro pain will let me do that... *sighs*

I have been thinking a lot about a call I am meant to be having next thursday with a woman called rachel.

the only reason this is such a big thing to me: is the name rachel is linked to some trauma. I have emailed her and explained, and she says it's understandable, but still wants to have the call (and I suppose I should have it, it is to do with my care)

just a little anxious about talking to her, and not your standard phone anxiety (I have that too)

I'm doing well this morning. I've been busy doing chores. I'm ready to relax for the rest of the day, though. I have one more thing left to do, and then I'll probably read for a while.

I just took anxiety meds and I feel panicky.

I am at an anxiety level of 3, with 10 being the highest.

My anxiety is much worse today my pharmacy refused to deliver my medication Friday . .I haven't been thinking clear and misplaced debit card they were supposed to deliver Friday but by the time I found card they said it was too late to deliver ???? It wasn't even 10am
.. I asked about Saturday they said they don't deliver weekends I gave to wait Monday. It was easy for them to keep saying sorry ,sorry,sorry there's nothing I can do that I have to wait till Monday
At least they're having a nice weekend
I've been with that pharmacy for over 15 years I don't know why they dont have my debit information in their computer or I know they heard if paper and pencils to store it down
I'm just getting sick of people out in the world ...each day I get more and more terrified going out like everyone out there in the world outside is against me
I always tried to do the right thing ...to help others when I can ...I'm always grateful for PC I know it's a safe place for me and my friends here are t out to get me ....

someone's been sending me password reset requests for another site. as yet, they'ven ot really done anything (I logged and it seems normal), but I think I will be reporting it to the staff on that site

especially if it keeps happening

High anxiety this morning...probably from opening my email inbox for work and seeing all the demands of my time. I am also have a home repair problem. I hate the endless repairs.

I am feeling a little anxious.

My anxiety wasn’t too bad for how much caffeine I’ve had and the anxiety provoking thing I had to tell my therapist in email. Then again I did take Xanax 45 minutes ago and I’m still feeling that. So I may not be a good judge of anxiety right now. But I still don’t think it was terrible today.
