These thoughts call people cringy, ugly, dumb, and also say theyre going to hell. IT causes distress on a daily basis. Anyone else have this going on?

Intrusive thoughts that insult others? Fat, stupid, cringey, ugly, and more bad thoughts. Anyone else dealing with this

Hello KhabibTme: I believe this is your first post here on PC. Welcome to Psych Central.

Personally I think everyone has the sorts of thoughts you mentioned in your post... perhaps some more than others. I know I certainly do. In my case, however, they don't really bother me.

Here are links to 3 articles, from Psych Central's archives, that may be of interest:

How You Can Overcome Intrusive Thoughts

9 Ways to Let Go of Stuck Thoughts

5 Ways to Free Yourself From Dark and Obsessive Thoughts

I hope you find PC to be of interest.

Everyone has intrusive thoughts from time to time. It sounds like you may be struggling with the classic “don’t think about a white elephant” paradox.
