Just a reminder to any who may be going through a lot of anxiety right now to do simple self-care check if you feel a panic attack coming on "Have I drank water today?" also "Have I eaten yet today?' I thought the whole world was crashing down this morning then I noticed I had hardly taken a sip out of my water bottle and I thought " I haven't eaten a thing yet today. Let's see if I still feel panicky after lunch."
