I haven't been able to get enough sleep over the past couple days. I keep having panic or anxiety attacks throughout the day. I usually have anxiety, but not like this.

Dear Rider52,

I can definitely identify with what you are going through. Lately I seem to never get enough sleep and this is often followed by panic attacks and anxiety in the daytime. I hope we can both find relief from our distress! I wish you only the very best.

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen

Hi Yao Wen,

I hope you feel better soon. I usually have anxiety, but the last few days has been tough. I'm not sure why it got worse. Hopefully it eases up. I've only been getting about 4 hours sleep. Usually I get 6 or7.
