I am on Lorazepam 1 mg 2 X day for anxiety. Lexapro 20 once daily for depression. Recently added buproprion xl 150 to augment the Lexapro. somedays I feel better. Somedays I don't. It's like my skin is wanting to crawl off but it doesn't last long. Plus I often want to cry.
Been dealing with this since 2007. I am tired. The only places I feel safe are at home, my office and my car. Going to Kroger or WalMart makes me just want to scream. Not far from a full blown panic attack fetal position and all.

WHAT will help me? WHAT medicines have helped ya'll in the past. My "stuff" is much worse since COVID just as most people's are. I am an RN who isn't in patient care so my job has been secure but had MUCH added to it.

Please anything that has helped anyone in the past just give it a mention. I go back to my doc in about a month.

Thanks so much for reading. Blessings to all.

Buspar helps me alot. Its not meant for panic attacks and it takes about 4-6 weeks for it to become effective. For me I woke up one morning and didnt feel the weight of the world on my shoulders.
